Describe my main tasks:
People & International Brand Team Mission:
The People & International Brand department is responsible for FBM brand and performance, FMQ’s external and internal communication management, brand institutional events, partnerships with different stake-holders, Employee Branding, Team-Buildings, Integration, Recruitment, Talent Retention, Development of Soft Skills and Performance Evaluation, Training, Talent Development, Mentoring.
– Produce the design for FMQ & FBM social media, web, logos, banners, static and rich banner ads. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on;
– Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs;
– Work with Product and Design team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs;
– Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points;
– Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
Academic Background:
– Degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field
Mandatory Knowledge:
– Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design;
– Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop & Indesign in particular;
– Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
– Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
– Abiltty to work in an agile and multicultral team;
– Availability to work punctually on weekends (e.g. during events).
Valued Knowledge:
– Proficiency producing video, animations, animated GIF and other types of web animated contents;
– Proficiency in the Adobe After Effects;
– Good interpersonal skills;
– Ability to work in a fast paced;
– Passion for photography and filmmaking;
– Matutiy to work with autonomy and take decisions;
– An open-minded profile eager and curious to learn more.
