As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Force8, you will join a highly accelerated two-year path toward a long-term sales career at Force8. This accelerated sales track is comprised of three distinct phases:

You’ll work as a SDR. We’ll teach you about the sports tech industry and our outstanding SaaS products. You’ll generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting.
The primary mission for this role will be to share our mission and story with prospective clients and set up revenue-generating meeting opportunities for the commercial team.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with the sales team to target, prospect and plan for outreach, and then generating a consistent stream of meetings in those targeted areas.
A successful candidate will bring a continuous improvement mindset and standout skills related to account planning, client outreach, and team selling.
This job will help you build profound sales skills combined with an authentic sales approach.

If wanted and qualified:

You will be promoted to an Account Executive. In this role, you will continue prospecting. Additionally, you will do online product presentations by your own and create offers toward your acquired potential clients. You will learn how to negotiate with these prospects and how to close deals.

If wanted and qualified:

In this phase, you will continue to support the customers you have acquired. You play a key role in ensuring that the customers you support get the best out of our products and services. In addition, you will learn how to up-sell additional modules to existing customers.

What you should enjoy doing (in Phase 1):

• Strategically researching/identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and uncovering high value targets

• Effectively sharing our mission and model to prospective clients by highlighting why meeting with Force8 will bring value to their business

• Accelerating business development through outbound calls and sending strategic emails that directly tie to a prospect’s potential needs

• Collaborating with team members to convert prospects to clients through effective team-selling, including meeting preparation, follow-ups and partnering to bring prospects through the demand generation cycle

• Design, orchestrate, and execute highly-effective outreach campaigns (covering warm and cold relationships) in order to generate a consistent stream of monthly meetings.
Continuously improve through A/B testing

• Use Hubspot and related methods to ensure accurate knowledge transfer regarding account development, outreach progress and opportunity pursuit

• Rapidly develop your sales skills on the job and through training and events

What we look for:

• Full business language capacity in German and English (and/or French)
• One plus years of experience within a commercial organization preferred
• You love sports and do perform (or have performed) any sport in a club environment
• Ideally, you have experience in any (volunteer) club work (such as team manager, coach, assistant, youth developer etc)
• You bring a diversity of perspective based on your own unique experiences
• You are goal and action oriented with a sense of urgency, drive and commitment to exceed goals
• You are able to quickly build trusted working relationships with a variety of people and personalities
• You are inquisitive and adept at reviewing and consolidating information that surfaces actionable insights
• You are comfortable reaching out to clients to arrange meetings and can work past obstacles with persistence and poise
• You are able to thrive in a team-selling environment
• You are passionate, proactive, resourceful and have a thirst for excellence and results
• You excel in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and are able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• You have excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Hubspot or a comparable CRM, preferred
