senior digital marketing manager



Marylise & Rembo Fashion Group is looking for a new Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social team that is result driven! Managing and optimizing Google, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns is what you breathe and you’re eager to stay up-to-date with emerging trends on these channels. You’re also able to maintain our websites (WordPress). You have a decent experience to build on and are capable to guide other team members.

Responsibilities:
-Set up and enroll a new digital marketing strategy for our brands Marylise & Rembo Styling
-Targeting the right potential customers is what you live for. Your targeting and segmentation techniques make a difference in our online campaigns
-You forecast a monthly budget for paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
-Online advertising is constantly in motion, and you move with it
-Work closely with the production and creative team to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with the organization’s vision
-Monitor our websites: you are able to update the content
-Analyze our websites: bounce rates, costs per lead, implementation of new KPIs to measure performances
-You align campaigns to landing pages and increase conversion through A/B testing

Qualifications:
-You are fluent in English
-Analyzing, prioritizing and reporting data are a second nature to you
-You’re a talent in the roll-out of online strategies
-A natural team leader. You have the experience to lead a small team and help the team to hit organizational goals and objectives
-You are decisive, stress-resistant and proactive
-You know how to tackle problems and are highly result-driven
-You have 5 – 10 years of experience in the digital field
