The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Designer to support our design & marketing department. This person will report directly to the design lead, and work side by side within a expanding design team. Will be a key asset by developing innovative and impactful assets, mainly, across digital platforms and online channels. The role will involve primarily working with key stakeholders to help deliver creative and engaging collateral for campaigns, initiatives and projects that help to educate and inspire veterinary professionals globally, and to also help build internal and external brand advocacy.
You will be responsible for executing a brief from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful assets that reflect our brand.

Key responsabilities:
Develop and deliver engaging assets, following our brand guidelines, for:
– Social Media: Organic and Paid Posts (Facebook,Instagram, Google Ads,Twitter, LinkedIn)
– Internal and external online advertising (banners, MPU´s…)
– E-mailing
– Blog
– Exhibition and events collateral media
– Support the IT with landings pages UI, mock-ups and prototypes
– Contribute to new ideas and approaches for the design of teaching and learning materials
– Work in various media types in the digital , motion graphics
– Be a brand guardian: live and breathe the Improve International brand

– Degree or BA in graphic design, visual design, multimedia design or equivalent
– 3 or more years’ experience in a design role within a company
– Creativity, efficiency and the highest quality and design standards
– Strong sensibility of UI best practices
– Routine in dealing with corporate design specifications and taking joy from conceptual and strategic design work
– Fluent in English both written and spoken
– Strong communications skills
– A strong, varied portfolio of well-executed design work, including designs for campaigns running across multiple platforms
– Excellent time management
– Ability to work within a fast paced environment on multiple projects concurrently
– Self-motivated and resilient – able to solve problems and perform under pressure
– Able to build relationships and communicate effectively

– Pro efficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Xd, Acrobat)
– Pro efficiency motion graphics (After Effects)
– Strong skills in video editing (AfterEffects, Premier)
– Standard knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

The following would be beneficial:
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS
– Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp and Hubspot
– UI and UX proven/solid background
– Experience working with project management platforms (Asana)
