Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns on digital channels for both demand generation and brand awareness needs. Focusing on B2B marketing with a digital approach, you will implement strategies to support organizational goals. This includes setup, delivery and integration of paid digital advertisement campaigns and continuous strategies for improvement with monitorisation and reporting, A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization.

Job Description:
As a member of our marketing team, you will be key to shaping the perception of our brand. The ideal candidate has a performance-based mindset, is used to setting KPIs and metrics for digital campaigns & content development, with the ability to think creatively and approach marketing in a holistic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of marketing campaigns on Paid channels, namely Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
Tracking and reporting on lead generation and return on investment of campaigns;
Campaign integration with Hubspot;
Monitor website traffic and lead quality and optimize accordingly;
Work towards the identified KPI goals and utilize analytics to guide decisions for content and campaign planning;
Design and deliver lead nurturing strategies;
Management of email campaigns, including email automation journeys;
Applying ABM and personas techniques, developing content that resonates with them;
Secondarily, work alongside the rest of the team when needed to support the delivery of high-quality collateral and sales support with consistent and impactful messaging, following SEO best practices
Requirements
Essential
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Relations or similar
Up to 5 years of working experience in digital advertising
Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Experience using Hubspot, or another comparable CRM/ CMS
Experience using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Experience using marketing automation tools
Knowledge of website & campaign reporting tools, including Google Analytics
Desirable
Billing, telecoms and digital industry experience
Certification on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Hubspot
Experience in B2B marketing in technology, SAAS or telecom
Success managing PPC campaigns within an international scope
Tech savvy – interested/ well informed about technology and software
Experience with social media management
Experience in SEO
Education
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Relations or an equivalent form of education
