Company based in Cascais is looking for a 3D Product Designer / Industrial Designer / Design Engineer to join our creative team.
Job Description
We are looking for a 3D Product Designer with great customer/branding experience, creative, with an excellent sense of visual culture and with the ability to work all aspects of a design project from concept to production – conceptual 3D design, packaging and product design, technical drawings, engineering value add to existing designs – managing it ensure all project deadlines are met timeously.
The job requires the ability to learn quickly, think fast and deliver solutions or search for new solutions.
This role is part of our international creative team that supports global markets, such as, China, South Africa, Europe, UK, USA and South America.
Other requirements:
• Degree in Design
• Creative and with a good sense of design trends and visual culture
• Expert in Blender, 3ds max, Rhinoceros 3D, Premier, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and Office in the Windows environment
• Good flexibility and communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Conceptual 3D design
• Engineering value add to existing design – CAD models and Technical drawings
• 3D Modeling experience
• Product development of industrial design products
• Manage the intake of 3d workload and ensure all project deadlines are met timeously
• 3D designer responsible to design requests globally
• Prompt creation of high-resolution technical drawings ready for manufacturing in accurate industry standards and format
• Take ownership for producing high-quality output that exceeds client expectations
• Build trusting and collaborative relationships with account teams to ensure all stakeholders are clearly aligned with design output
• Ability to learn quickly, think fast and deliver solutions or search for new solutions
• High communication skills with English as preferred oral and writing language
