Position Overview
We are searching for a visionary AI and growth Manager who will be the catalyst for our next growth phase. This role is tailored for individuals with a solid foundation in digital marketing and a minimum of three years in the domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Buil and work on cutting-edge growth marketing strategies
Enhance the power of AI for marketing and business
Strategize and deploy sophisticated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media).
Utilise GA4 and Google Tag Manager for data analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Employ SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
Coordinate content strategy and production to support digital marketing initiatives.
Generate reports on marketing metrics.
Support on digital marketing strategy development
Able to act as a trainer for some special clients
Requirements:
Minimum five years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
Superior knowledge of AI tools.
Experience in defining superior digital marketing strategies for brands and online businesses.
Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Experience in leading SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
Knowledge of design tools, like Photoshop & Canva.
Knowledge of WordPress, Woocommerce, and Shopify.
Capable of multitasking, including project management and execution.
