logistics manager
Job Responsibilities:
_To plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements and to make sure delivery notes are properly signed;
_To communicate with client in regards delivery date and location, receivers name, documentation needed for delivering on site and any other information needed;
_To arrange proper packaging;
_To recruit and coordinate logistic staff to meet requirements and deadlines;
_To track deliveries making sure delivery notes are properly signed and archived;
_To keep logs and records of warehouse stock and inventory;
_To keep a daily log for incoming/outgoing materials in the warehouse;
_To monitor warehouse’s organization and cleanliness;
_To get approval and process purchases for materials and tools needed for production;
_To arrange weekly laundry for Fabrica’s uniforms;
_To always use proper channels of communication;
_To participate in weekly meetings.
