we’re on the lookout for a junior marketing manager to join our marketing department

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Junior Marketing Manager at Taste Porto, you’ll work remotely, taking charge of the following tasks:

– Contribute to the strategy and execution of the 2024 Marketing Plan;
– Implement the Communication Plan on Social Media, focusing on Product and Brand Positioning;
– Coordinate and manage Branding Campaigns involving influencers, as well as Commercial Campaigns in collaboration with Online Travel Agencies;
– Update and maintain the company’s Knowledge Base with assistance from internal teams;
– Assist in Budget Control and Management of the Marketing area.

WHO ARE YOU:

– The perfect candidate loves dining out, trying new dishes, and, after watching all Anthony Bourdain episodes, understands that those who don’t appreciate good food may not appreciate hard work either (“quem não serve para comer não serve para trabalhar”);
– Background in Marketing or Communication;
– Minimum 1 year of similar role experience;
– Canva (or Photoshop) savvy with strong communication and creativity skills;
– Proactive and organized, capable of handling multidisciplinary projects (experience in negotiating with international players is a plus);
– Analytical thinker with a customer-oriented mindset;
– Advanced proficiency in English.

Additional:
– Service Provider Agreement:
– Anticipated weekly work commitment of up to 40 hours;
– Compensation includes an hourly wage and a commission bonus tied to performance growth.
