If you’re ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic realm of paid search, grab this opportunity to contribute to the growth of Usercentrics! We’re expanding our Marketing team and are actively seeking a passionate and driven individual to join as a Junior PPC Specialist.

In this role, you’ll learn from experts in the field, as well as contribute to our paid search strategy by playing a pivotal role in making sure we are constantly testing and improving our campaigns.


Execute and optimize ad campaigns on major paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Build and maintain keyword lists and ad groups, ensuring relevance and performance.
Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing colleagues to align paid search programs with user personas, support Sales marketing objectives, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Assist in creating reporting dashboards that drive overall paid search strategy, offering data-driven actionable insights.
Plan and execute ongoing A/B testing on ad content (text, image, and video ads) and PPC landing pages, analyze results, and implement improvements for continuous optimization.
Stay updated with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to paid search.
Explore new opportunities and trends within the paid search landscape.


While 6 months to 1 year of PPC experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory. Relevant backgrounds such as a digital marketing or data analytics degree, related internship, junior role, or self-exploration with relevant tools/advertising platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Facebook ads, etc.) are also considered sufficient.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency on Excel/Google Sheets (like VLookup)
Data-driven and analytical mindset with a drive to always dig deeper.
Fluency in English.
A collaborative approach, open to learning and contributing ideas to the team.
Strong communication, project, and time management.
