A Typical Day

As a Creative Director at The Creative Lab, each day will be a blend of visionary artistry and strategic leadership.
You will:

Set Creative Direction: Define and communicate visionary creative strategies, aligning projects with our brand identity and goals.

Lead and Inspire: Nurture a collaborative and innovative environment, leading a dynamic team of artists, writers, and designers.

Conceptualize and Design: Dive into the creative process, translating inventive ideas into exceptional designs and campaigns.

Collaborate and Guide: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of transformative creative solutions.

Quality Control: Uphold high standards, reviewing and approving creative materials that resonate with audiences.

Stay Ahead: Embrace emerging trends and technologies, infusing our work with fresh perspectives and innovation.

Analysis: Analyse brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.

Budget Management: Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.

Your Expertise

Experience: Over ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting.


Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business.
