Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic direction for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Drivenly’s vision and business goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients on digital strategy, ensuring the delivery of top-tier digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring Drivenly remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of the digital department, ensuring optimal resource allocation, process efficiency, and quality delivery.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to integrate digital strategies with overall marketing and business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, AI, and digital analytics.
Experience working in a remote setting and managing remote teams.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
