Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior Videographer Lead (M/F) passionate about sports to be part of a multi-sport media client in Lisbon.
This person will lead and coordinate a dynamic team of videographers focused on capturing captivating sports content and will ensure the delivery of high-quality video footage.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the videographers’ team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture and be able to be a creative lead for the content produced;
·Work closely with the Head of Video to understand the sports media strategy and translate it into compelling visual content;
·Produce and film sports related content.
·Monitor the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production to post-production, to maintain high-quality standards.
·Collaborate with videographers, directors, and video editors to ensure the successful execution of sports-related video projects;
·Provide guidance and creative input to videographers, encouraging innovative approaches to sports media content creation.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Broadcasting, Marketing & Communication or a related field;
·Formal training or certifications in videography or sports media would be advantageous;
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in videography, preferably with a focus on sports media or related industry;
·Deep knowledge of current trends in social media (Tik Tok, Instagram & Youtube)
·Proficiency in operating various video cameras and related equipment;
·Strong understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording for sports videography;
·Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro;
·Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team of videographers;
·Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality sports media content;
·Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sports media environment.
A portfolio or compilation of videos produced is mandatory.
