We’re seeking a WordPress Developer to assist with website development projects on a freelance and remote basis. The position is for a few hours, but it can evolve into a long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and resolve WordPress and CSS-related issues to ensure website responsiveness and deliver seamless user experiences across all platforms.
– Optimize website speed and performance.
– Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
– Solid understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP, and how they integrate with WordPress.
– Demonstrated success in improving website speed and performance, delivering exceptional loading times.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as, in collaboration with a team.
Nice-to-Have:
– Experience with Divi, Elementor, and other page builders.
– Understanding of UX/UI web design principles and best practices to enhance user experiences on websites.
– Good knowledge of SEO best practices and their implementation in WordPress.
