We are looking to quickly grow our operations on Performance Marketing in Portugal, through traffic, leads and sales generation via our complete range of products, from Influence, Email to our local Performance Network.

Based in Lisbon, you will join a dynamic team, where you will report to the Head of Sales Portugal.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of new advertisers, directly or through agencies, in addition of proactively identifying new opportunities in your client portfolio, from a media buyer to a director level.

Your responsibilities will include:
• New business development with direct advertisers and agencies, using the proper prospection strategy,
• Full sales cycle and pipeline management,
• Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship,
• Build loyalty, maintain and manage relationships with new and existing contacts,
• Partner with the Account Management and Technical teams to offer the most relevant Deals,
• Closely monitor deal performance and addressing new opportunities,
• Negotiation and management of the contractual elements,
• Representing the company at events and conferences,
• Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role.

• Ideally two years’ experience in a similar position,
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field,
• Knowledge of the online advertising community (agencies, advertisers, partners) in Portugal,
• Grasp of Power Point and Pipe Drive,
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and drive new business development,
• Targets and results driven,
• Ability to formulate and implement long term business growth, not just short term wins,
• Ability to build enduring relationships,
• A confident communicator at all commercial levels,
• A team worker,
• With strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities,
• Proactive and action maker,
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Portuguese.
