And we are currently looking for an Office Manager!
We are a team of 40+ people who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and ambitious and we are looking for someone like-minded to join us.
What You’ll Be Doing
CoWork Management & Growth
-Manage receiving members and potential members, handling mail, emails and phone calls;
-Organize CoWork events;
-Maintain the space 100% operational, ensuring the functionality of all services and spaces, report and request maintenance interventions;
-Send proposals to future members;
-Support members in their daily work;
-Align the scheduling and implementation of visits and presentation of available services;
-Identify and implement improvement points to the space to ensure we offer the best possible service;
-Build long-term relationships of trust with members.
Who We’re Looking For
-Someone ambitious, excited to be part of a fast growing team, with strong communication and empathy skills;
-Minimum experience of one year in a similar position;
-Dynamic, hands-on and confident profile;
-Very good problem solving skills;
-English is mandatory
-Impeccable work ethic
