Productpine is the fastest-growing e-commerce marketplace in the Benelux region. We are on a mission to make zero-pollution shopping the standard. We help brands to reduce their marketing costs by up to 80%. These brands then invest these savings into sustainability projects to compensate and reduce carbon emissions. Consumers choose their favorite green project to support during their check-out at no extra cost.

As an Amsterdam-headquartered start-up, we have over 30 team members in the Netherlands, Portugal, Ukraine and Vietnam. We have raised $5.5M Seed funding from international investors (that previously invested in Airbnb, Pinterest, Square, Classpass, Wish) and senior executives (eBay) to help direct-to-consumer brands thrive and consumers improve their consumption decisions.

With over 200 active brands on our platform and over 400 brands in the waiting list, we are entering a period of rapid growth and are inviting you to be part of it. We are looking for a Sales Support Representative that will take full responsibility of the Prospecting process and Data Import process of our Sales team.

Your responsibilities
• You will executing the data transformation and data import process during the onboarding phase of new sellers on the marketplace. This means you will be responsible for gathering and transforming Excel data from our partners into appropriate formats that allow swift onboarding.
• You will manage a team of part-timers and interns that assist you with the data transformation and import process. You will be responsible for locating and logging errors, whilst communicating these errors to the Product team. You will report to our Partnership Success Specialist on a daily basis;
• You will be identifying and logging new business opportunities for Productpine through online research and data entry. You will gather appropriate lead information through software tooling and will manage this process from beginning to end;
• You will assist in maintaining and optimizing our CRM (Hubspot) data.

Who are you?
• Fluent in English;
• Interested in data processing, sales and e-commerce;
• Educational background in business;
• You work very precisely and are continuously trying to improve the efficiency of your work;
• Extensive and demonstratable experience in Excel;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high-emotional IQ;
• Working experience in the field of business development or sales is not required, but is seen as a plus;
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills;
• You are proactive and enjoy working autonomously;
• You are resilient and can cope well with the ups-and-downs of a sales role;
• You are persistent, a problem-solver, get the job done and don’t take “no” for an answer;
• Enjoy learning new things, have a curious personality and you like to take the lead;
• Have a growth mindset that fits a fast-growing start-up;
• You are tech-savvy and have affinity with tech (software) solutions.
