In this position you will….

…be driving the planning and executing of new business marketing initiatives focused on content, events, and demand/lead generation marketing programs. You will also work with agencies and internal partners to have a deep understanding of our B2B customers and competitive positioning, and with that, create written and visual content, and execute distribution strategies – paid media campaigns, organic B2B social media and employee advocacy programs – that drive traffic and enquiries for the sales teams.

You will be responsible for…
Developing and executing account-based marketing strategies and planning to support sales growth to achieve business objectives for key accounts
Aligning with local market and group marketing teams in terms of strategy, objectives, direction, framework, planning and execution.
Supporting go-to market plan development and execution for new products, new partners and new launches
Working closely with various partners and cross-functional teams in creating concepts, identifying target customers, scheduling, and implementing marketing activities
Working with graphic designers to develop tailored marketing collateral for partners including content and copywriting to promote bolttech products to customers.
Identifying customers footprints for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Developing guideline for effective marketing materials for both online and offline channels
Providing accurate and timely analysis of programs/campaign results, including recommendations and action items to improve response, attach rates and sales.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

University Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably account based marketing in a b2bc model.
Solid knowledge of offline and online marketing strategies (retail and e-commerce)
Strong team player with excellent team collaboration, analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, HootSuite, or similar)
Used to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (email and phone, etc.)
