e-commerce manager
We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team and help us manage our Shopify-based e-commerce stores.
You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day operations such as processing orders, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer support. You’ll also collaborate with our Digital Marketing Expert to create and execute promotional campaigns, and analyze sales and website traffic data to optimize store performance.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce stores, preferably on Shopify
• Strong understanding of Shopify’s features and functionality
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales and website traffic data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Shopify app development
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, such as SEO
