Your main tasks:
Manage requests regarding the use and proper functioning of health devices.
Answering phone inquiries, providing support and resolving customer’s issues in a empathetic manner.
Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, and complete the order entry and the coordination of product shipment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Excellent command of English
Familiarity with technology
Open-mindedness and strong interpersonal & communication skills
At least 6 months of technical support/troobleshooting experience
