french travel consultant (fully remote within portugal)

At this moment on behalf of our client, which has presence all over the globe, we are looking for French Travel Consultant based in Portugal.

About the job 🤓

You will be part of the team, helping travelers to easily research, plan, book and experience their rental car for holidays or business trips, wherever they may be, in French.

You will have to mainly deal with bookings management, complaints and rescheduling of a reservation.

Therefore your role is to handle in a professional way clients requests and sometimes stressful situations in order to solve the client’s problems.

What will I be doing? 🤔

• Assist customers while online booking accommodation;

• Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customers issues;

• Provide helpful and effective service for both “in travel” and “post travel” concerns;

• Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.

What do we need from you? 😎

• Fluency in French (C2 Level, ideally native);

• English B2 level;

• Availability to work in rotating shifts;

• Good computer skills;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Good listening and empathy skills;

• Good time management skills;

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard;

• Team spirit and flexibility.
