At this moment on behalf of our client, we are looking for an English Customer Support for Glucose Monitor.

About the job 🤓
Your main mission will be to manage their requests regarding the use and proper functioning of this device. This support will be in English via phone and e- mail.

What will I be doing? 🤔
• Answering phone and email inquiries, providing support and resolving customer’s issues in an empathetic manner;
• Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, and complete the order entry and the coordination of product shipment.

What do we need from you? 😎
• Fluency in English (C2 Level, ideally native);
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard;
• Previous experience in Tech Support;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
