Our clients are leading companies from the Osint, Data, Intelligence, and digital media industries. We are located in 5 locations worldwide and have various teams in Israel, USA, Philippines, Ukraine and India.

We are looking for a personal assistance and sales operator.
You will work directly with our CEO and will have the opportunity to acquire important knowledge and experience in the high tech industry.

Position Description:

Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and meetings
An ongoing communication with big clients + preparing communications on behalf of a manager
Leads generation tasks
Monitoring and communicating with the international teams
Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
Conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal)
Computer literacy, motivated to grow with us and succeed, well-developed time management skills, strong organizational skills
