Our team is growing and we are looking for an Office Manager in Lisbon with proven experience to support our growth both locally and internationally. In this role you will be responsible to get the office operating safely, smoothly and efficiently, contributing 27 Lisboa and 27 Studio developement.
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for an Office Manager with proven experience to support our company growth.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Right hand to the Operation Manager, you will be part of the daily management processes and be welcomed to improve and automate at will. This includes actions such as monthly closings, invoices control and KPIs reports. You will also assist the teams with any scheduling coordination, travel needs and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
SCRUM MASTER
With a profound passion for organization and streamlining information; you will be a great help to Project Managers for structuring corporate knowledge and updating management and communication tools.
TEAM WELLBEING
Under the Management team, you will help keep the office tidy, comfortable and safe. You will be the point of contact, ensuring that all office equipment works properly, handling any specific technical issues and service providers. Looking out for better solutions matching the needs of each department. Alongside our Procurement team, you will make sure that we all have the correct stationery with the adequate inventory to complete our missions and projects.
Skills and Qualifications
The following requirement are expected:
English and Portuguese fluent (C1 minimum).
Excellent IT culture.
2 years of proven successful experience in a similar role or equivalent in your personal life showing you are an individual passionate for organization and details.
Able to manage Data analysis, proficient with IT tools and Google Workspace.
Be a Proactive person, a Team Player, always ready to help to reach success together.
Position is located in Lisbon center, at least 3 days a week onsite. While we appreciate the comfort of remote working, we still believe a minimum of physical presence is a great help to develop projects and your role in the organization.
