System Administration – Cornerstone
Functional analysis
Requirements gathering
Application configuration
Training of users
Monitoring of implementation projects during all phases (from their consulting genesis to the final stage)
Primary customer liaison managing communication between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
Profile
Full proficiency in French and English (mandatory)
Academic background in HR/Educational Sciences/Education and Training/IT
Knowledge in configuring Learning Talent Management Systems tools (Cornerstone, Success Factors, Talentia, Taleo, etc.)
Minimum experience of 2 years in similar projects
Proficient in Excel; HTML and CSS basic skills
Cornerstone Certification
Critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences
Determination to see client success with solution implementation
Ease of interpersonal relationships and communication
Ability to work both in a team and individually
