european projects coordinator with polish
International internship consultancy with the headquarters in Andalucía is looking for a European Projects Coordinator in our office in Setúbal – Portugal.
Your main tasks are:
• Management of each project: programmes and agendas, transport services, cultural activities, documents, etc.
• Control of the internship programmes, according to the plan
• Contact with the European clients, local companies and educational institutions (e-mail, phone and professional meetings)
• Translation and interpreting any document or situation with students
• Preparation of materials for social media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, company’s website.
• Organization and attendance of cultural activities, trips and study visits
To successfully perform the duties of this position, you must meet the following requirements:
• University degree, preferably related with project management, administration, international relations, European studies, language or humanistic studies
• High level of Polish
• High level of Portuguese
• High level of English
• Driving license
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
In addition, we would value you as a strong candidate for this position if you….:
• Know other European languages (Spanish desirable)
• Have experience working with youth (16 – 20 years old)
• Have experience working in various languages
• Are flexible when it comes to work schedule (including the weekends if necessary)
