growth marketing manager (remote)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to collaborate and join this new journey with us. Angry Ventures is a growing company, so we are looking for pioneers like you to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, executing, and measuring integrated digital marketing strategies, focusing on channels that drive the most results, and contributing to the redefinition of existing lead lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have:

An experimental and data-driven approach to problems, integrating A/B testing and ongoing optimization tactics.
A strategic vision to establish and analyze marketing, sales, and business-related goals, using key performance indicators.
Previous experience working with long, complex, and cross-functional B2B lifecycles, workflows, and third-party integrations.
Previous experience in paid campaign management, using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Previous in-depth knowledge and/or experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Active Campaign.
Project management skills, including SCRUM and Agile Marketing frameworks, supported by ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
