Requirements

In this role, you will,

Take the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Make critical decisions that will affect the company’s direction and drive business growth
Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have,

Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position
Familiarity and working experience (at least 5 years)
Must be a team player and have a founder mentality
Experience building and leading teams globally
Experience raising funds and venture capitalism
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
High level of English and software tools like work management, office suite, CRM’s, etc.
