We are looking for an Accountant, a full-time job, in person.
About Responsibilities:
Organization and filing of accounting and tax documents
Classification of documents according to general and cost accounting
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Handling and validation of employee expenses
Reconciliation of posted invoices vs e-invoice
Support in relations with auditors and external entities
Support in closing monthly accounts
Support in the submission of purchase orders
Obtain approval of all documents received for registration in the accounts
Preparation of reports for the other support areas
Preparation of payments
Who you are:
Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or similar
Up to 2 years of professional experience in similar functions
Professional experience in outsourcing accounting and tax services (plus)
Knowledge of Navision ERP (plus)
Advanced level of Excel
Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
Autonomy and multi-tasking
Team spirit
Organized, motivated, and willing to learn
TOC Certificated (Will be a super plus)
