Who are we?

We are a digital marketing agency based in Lisbon, specialized in web marketing. As part of our growth, we are looking for several talents to build our team.

Immersed in the heart of our activity for our international clients, publishing houses in the field of entertainment, and to face new challenges of expansion, digital transformation and development of new innovative business models, your mission as a Digital Marketing Manager will consist in driving the cross-channel marketing strategy of a portfolio of clients.

Your missions will be based on the following axes:

Mission 1 – Brand strategy

Manage :

• Development of the annual marketing plan for the brand in collaboration with the Marketing Director

• Respect of the release management process (brand meeting, steerco, …)

Monitor :

• Weekly and/or monthly monitoring of performance indicators (KPI)

Secure :

• Validation of the scoring calculation & analysis of the database

• Define test specifications for brand/community launches

Develop :

• Management of brand projects on the different animation funnels (recruitment, conversion, qualification, loyalty) & through a dedicated cross-brand project management body.

Mission 2 – Marketing strategy

Develop :

• Challenge and validate the macro-planning proposed by the team with a cross-brand approach

• Be a force for marketing optimization proposals and strategic recommendations

• Develop the agency’s marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Director (cross brand)

Mission 3 – Management

Structure :

• Marketing point of contact for all internal and external actors involved in the realization of projects

• Update business documentation (reference documents, planning, etc.)

• Orchestrate the documentation of procedures

Leading :

• Management of the team: federate, animate, accompany, motivate and make evolve

• Supervise and train teams in good practices/tools

Beyond the technical expertise, you have above all a desire to discover and innovate! The desire to discover, innovate, succeed, and contribute to the success of the agency by bringing your energy and enthusiasm.

Must have :
• You have a strong digital culture

• You have a university or college education in digital marketing, preferably with a master /MBA

• You have B to C marketing experience

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing in a strategic position with team management

• You understand and take ownership of business issues very quickly

• You are synthetical and know how to put forward the essential information for decision making

• You are agile and comfortable with project management tool (ie: JIRA – Confluence – Slack – other)

• You are rigorous, autonomous and results-oriented.

• You are comfortable with understanding and processing data through Excel (Pivot Table) – Power BI – Google Analytics

• You master email marketing tool (ie: Adobe Campaign – Actito – Salesforce – Cheetah Digital – other) and are comfortable with building elaborate campaign workflows

• You have already worked with and are comfortable with testing tool (ie: Adobe Target – AB Tasty – Convertize – Google Optimiz- other)

• You have worked on current CMS (ie: WordPress or Drupal or …)

• You are synthetical and know how to put forward the essential information for decision making

• Fluent in English

Nice to have :
• Knowledge of acquisition techniques (Affiliation – SEA)
• You are comfortable with direct marketing techniques
• Good understanding of french
