Job Description
-Drive and define paid acquisition and engagement strategy for our new apps

-Develop recruitment, engagement and retention paid campaigns to sustain panel’s health, including specific, measurable goals such as churn rate, acquisition cost, retention cost

-Oversee all mobile paid campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms (e.g. iOS, Google Play, Amazon, Facebook. Affiliate Networks, DSP’s, Influencer Networks)

-Implement daily and weekly changes to active ad campaigns

-Develop test plans and measure performance, identifying the highest impact testing opportunities and making recommendations based on testing

-Monitor, optimize and report performance of all campaigns, ad sets / ad groups, and ads data across active ad networks on an ongoing basis

-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external ad network partners

-Provide regular reporting of campaign results

-Help developing new insights, data exploration, and process improvements for internal user acquisition management, data analysis, and reporting

-Work on NielsenIQ performance ads across more than 20 countries and 10 languages

-Research/recommend “best practices” based on competitive analysis for app ad campaigns

-Identify opportunities for high impact acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives

-Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects.

-Ensuring the integrity of our UTM campaign tagging

-Troubleshooting web analytics issues and making tracking code changes as needed

Qualifications

3 – 4 years of experience in app or mobile or web user acquisition media buying, performance marketing, and/or user acquisition

A desire to do strategic planning and daily execution/optimization

Knowledge of app download funnel and campaigns specifically to generate app downloads

Dealing with mobile ad networks like: Adaction; Hangmyads; Tapjoy; Ayetstudios; Headwayagency; Mobilda, etc

University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, Finance or similar

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proven experience of A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities remotely

Experience working with App Store Connect and Google Play Developer console, Firebase and MMP platforms (like Adjust)
