Overall Mission
The Social Responsibility Trainee will support the development and implementation of a social responsibility and sustainability plan, aligned with the overall marketing plan and the company’s ambition.
Contribution
Work directly with the marketing team to ensure the necessary brand consistency and alignment in terms of strategy, plans and workflow;
Provide project management support to the implementation of the core social responsibility and sustainability strategies and programs;
Plan the necessary steps to implement social responsibility and sustainability projects internally.
Plan and implement the social responsibility communication strategy, developing all the materials, messaging, liaison with partners and agencies for external and internal audiences.
Report and provide improvement recommendation
Requirements
Degree (Undergraduate/master) in a field related to sustainability and social responsibility.
(Environmental/Industrial/Energy Engineering
Marketing (with green marketing)
Sustainability Management, Innovation and Business Sustainability,
Social Responsibility and Sustainability Management
Other relevant field
Fluency in English is mandatory
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
Ability to develop creative & engaging content
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
Project management skills
Passion and interest for social responsibility, including sustainability topics
Proactive & dynamic.
Ability and willingness to learn and make things happen.
Team Player
Organisation and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail.
