wholesale sales manager

Perff Studio is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager who shares our values, is highly motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Wholesale Sales Manager will manage the sale of our Collections to leading boutiques and department stores, and grow partnerships in line with our business goals.

Perff Studio is a high-performance fashion brand for modern-day women. With its origin in the north of Portugal, we aim to dress female leaders and executives around the globe. Always trying to balance an active lifestyle while remaining elegant and confident.

This is an on-site job. Our Office is located in Guimarães, Portugal, with a partially remote Team spread across Europe.

The Role

– Define the B2B wholesale strategy in line with business goals;
– Budget, forecast, and plan activities in line with the wholesale strategy;
– Research and monitor markets to identify new potential partners; continually evaluate current stockists;
– Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with buyers to make sure collections are properly represented; analyze sell-throughs, promptly offer reorders, and keep buyers informed of order progress;
– Work with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met;
– Present production with feedback from buyers, agents, and distributors in order to identify growth opportunities;
– Work with the marketing team to establish key account marketing plans to drive sell-through, brand awareness, and secure collaborations with strategic partners;
– Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery and information are being used.

Your profile

– Experience in the fashion industry in similar roles;
– Fluent in English (mandatory). Other languages are valued;
– Able to demonstrate examples of increasing account profitability, managing partnerships, onboarding key accounts, and executing successful contract negotiations;
– Excellent presentation skills with the confidence and ability to lead meetings with senior buyers;
– The ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously;
– Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure;
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– Flexibility to travel.
