YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership – You build, lead and grow a team of Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team in a high performing culture
Technical Vision – You set, communicate and execute on Valyria’s architectural vision together with our CTO and senior team members
Product Delivery – You collaborate closely with product management on building effective product development processes and shipping the most impactful features to our users
YOUR PROFILE
Leadership Expertise – You have already successfully managed a technical team in a fast-growing environment and have an exceptional ability to motivate and inspire the people around you
Passion for Technology and Product – Your strong coding abilities (preferable with Ruby on Rails, JS) and understanding of architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications are matching your passion for delivering products end-to-end
Comprehensive Skill Set in a Dynamic Environment – You are thrilled to work in a dynamic startup where to bring in your organizational skills as well as your sense of responsibility and drive for change
