back end developer
ISQe has an opening for a Back End Developer to join our amazing team. Primary Responsibilities
Be a part the development process, focusing on coding & debugging
Write clean code to develop functional web applications, with focus on performance.
Work with Front-end developers on user-facing elements with server-side logic
Build reusable code into libraries, champion for version control systems
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners.
Contribute to the analysis of customer/internal client requirements.
Be a contributor to the SW development process, coding pratices, testing, and documenting.
Propose new tech to improve legacy apps
Become an expert in existing applications, providing support when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Back-end developer experience
Working experience with PHP
Clear understanding of the full web development process
Proficiency with SQL and MySQL, ability to query a database
Knowledge of front-end languages like HTML and CSS
Experience creating APIs, and usage of REST/SOAP
University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
English working proficiency
Nice to have but not mandatory.
Ambitious drive

Experience deployment, provisioning, and monitoring processes (CI/CD)
Ability to work independently or with a group
Experience with other programming languages, like C#, Ruby, Java or Python
