Job Description:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting and overseeing the marketing team’s daily tasks, while helping to develop and implement the company’s marketing initiatives.

Main tasks:
– Design marketing and sales campaigns that bring to life Logicalis’ value proposition and that align with our growth strategy.

– Liaise with our creative partners, agencies and production suppliers to ensure the deliverables they produce meet the highest quality standards.

– Quality-check all the marketing materials (including presentations, videos, internal comms, merchandising items, sales tools, etc).

– Maintain websites, intranet, social media and customer communications up to date.

– Help creating and translating marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, design assets; in addition to preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.

– Help in the preparation, submitting and reporting of the vendor marketing funds.

– Help updating and reporting on the marketing budget.

– Maintain the marketing materials database and create team updates about the department’s activities, for both our team and business partners.

– Be a point of connection with Logicalis Group Marketing for the implementation of cross regional activities.

Requirements:
– Agency Experience is ideal
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications is required
– Digital marketing experience is required
– Experience in event production is ideal
– Experience in dealing with suppliers is required
– Proficiency in English is required
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
– At least 6 years of professional experience
