We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, the company has grown exponentially supported by 200 employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.

We started CASAFARI with a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it’s an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.

Our new Email Marketing Specialist will be acting as a key member of the global Email Marketing operations. Will be in charge of building communication strategies and continuously improving CASAFARI’s relationships with clients and prospects. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Define strategy in close relation with the product team.
Design and implement an ongoing communication plan focused on Email Marketing.
On-going segmentation of our user base and improving the usage with creative suggestions.
Database maintenance through BI programs.
Plan & Implement tactics to grow our customer list.
Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance, scheduling, and execute the campaign.
Report with brand’s key metrics (delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, CTR).
Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems (at workflow and delivery level).

We are looking for:

Fluency in English (writing, reading and speaking) (PT, ES, IT or FR are a plus).
3 to 5 years of work experience in Email marketing.
Understanding of browser compatibility issues, email design, copy main goals and email deliverability;
Comfortable creating content (not mandatory).
A proper vision of effort vs benefit of each action.
It is essential that you are used to a multi-test environment in order to ensure the success of a submission.
