Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f) – Oeiras
Responsibilities:
•Execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and graphic advertising campaigns
•Design, build and maintain our social media presence
•Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights
•Plan, execute and evaluate conversion experiments and tests
•Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
•Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
•Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
•Evaluate emerging technologies. Provides innovative perspective for adoption when appropriate
Profile
•Bachelor’s / MS degree in marketing or related field
•Proven experience of working in digital marketing (min 2 years)
•Proven experience in leading and managing SEO / SEM, database marketing, email, social media and / or campaigns
•Experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
•Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
•Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
•Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•Updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
