We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

CASAFARI is the leading real estate data platform in Europe.

With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, the company has grown exponentially supported by 200 employees of, at least, 25 nationalities.

We started CASAFARI with a mission to organise the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform. CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it’s an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.

Our new Product Marketing Specialist needs to pay full attention to detail and have a go-to-market approach.

In close contact with our Product Managers, this role is for someone that has the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

This is one of the key roles is to look across wording and apply constant improvements across the board.

Need to understand the wording relating to Real Estate and have SaaS experience. Creative and pragmatic.


Product focus. Suggest new approaches to presenting CASAFARI’s products to all markets.
Develop/adjust/implement creative and informative content across digital and non-digital platforms (or vice-versa) based on product requirements and its applications.
Close relationship between Product and Sales team in order to develop strategies that go a long way.
Keep a critical eye on the wording and align it through all content.
Evangelizing internal teams as a stakeholder.

We are looking for:

Strategic thinker with 3+ years of experience positioning and marketing in a B2B product marketing role, ideally in proptech or startup environment.
SaaS experience.
Extreme attention to detail and obsessed with simplicity and efficiency.
Ability to apply various messages with the necessary changes for each market.
Alignment between teams on the communication guidelines created.
Closely follow the production team to foresee upcoming communication needs.
Planning six months ahead what needs to be communicated.
Excellent command of English (official language CASAFARI)
