Julien and Kelly Dassault created Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault, a true family business, to
develop and support projects that care about their employees and our planet Earth.
In 2017, they decided to create the first brand of the group, 27 Lisboa, to share a selection of
beautiful objects, well made, and easy to live with, that they have found around the world. In
2021, they launched 27 Studio, to promote natural beauty through body, care and nail treatments.
Today, the 27 Lisboa family is growing and we are looking for a talented profile!

We look at the social and environmental policies in place as well as the brand’s overall ethics. We
aim at a selection of objects that are sustainable for the Planet and the People. The project is
meant to offer alternatives to everyday products and decorations that do not always respect
Mother Nature.

We want to offer objects that are practical and easy to use in your everyday life.

This is how it all started. We noticed that it was not that easy to find a product you saw while
traveling or while browsing on social media. So when we buy something for our family or our
offices and we like it, we partner up with the brand and designer, and we add it to our selection at
27 Lisboa.

We are looking for an Office Manager with proven experience to support our growing company.

With a profound passion for Trello, Slack, Notion, Excel and alike; you will be responsible to organise and help Project Managers structure and update management and communication tools.

Monthly closing, invoices control, KPIs, Accountants questions… you will be part of those management processes and be a force to improve and automate them.
You will help with any scheduling coordination and travel needs.

Under the Management team, you will help keep the office tidy, comfortable and safe. You will be the point of contact, ensuring that all office equipment works properly, handling any specific technical issues and service providers.

Alongside our Procurement team, you will make sure that we all have the correct stationery with the adequate inventory to complete our missions and projects.

Support internal and external communications and events.


We are looking for someone proactive, obsessed with details, who loves things extremely well organized and solution oriented. Someone who is looking for an opportunity with broad administrative and office management responsibilities, with accounting and legal support as well, and would be thrilled to evolve in a startup environment where we need autonomous team members who love to “get things done”.

Extensive knowledge of Trello, Slack, Notion, Excel, Google Workspace is required. Generally at ease with IT.

Previous experience in office/administration/finance/services related positions is a must, proven successful usage of management software is required.
