THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a talented Program Manager – Content Production Manager to join our Technology and Product team in Portugal!

YOUR IMPACT

– Own the design and creation of high-quality content programs on Wellz;
– Support the localization for the international expansion of the future Wellz development;
– Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Wellz Clinical Team, Wellz Content squad (including writers and designer), Wellz Technology team, Wellz Marketing team, Gympass Branding team, Wellz Business team, and external vendors such as Video/Audio production companies, photo studios, creative agencies, and other creators;
– Manage the content flow from clinical design to user engagement, including the coordination of all teams & stakeholders (i.e. clinical design, writing, creative design, approvals, production, reporting, budget management, among others);
– Ensure teams & stakeholders to understand requirements and meet deliverable dates;
– Manage a project tracker for every initiative to ensure launch deadlines are met;
– Help create, define and prioritize content opportunities;
– Manage reports, track and monitor ongoing performance for content and use insights to improve the content production;
– Drive efficiency and scalability in the processes;
– Coordinate third parties content production companies and creators.

WHO YOU ARE

– Degree in communications or any related field;
– Experience in content production and content curation;
– Experience in project management;
– Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate the creation of engaging and clinically relevant content, as well as preparing communication to the management team;
– Rigorousness, being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in parallel with shortened deadlines (solid organizational skills and ability to multitask, leading by influence and managing several projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines);
– Strong collaboration with many teams including product managers, user interface designers, developers, and marketing managers (ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups);
– Strong lure for new technology, a passion for innovation, and a creative approach (spirit of curiosity and willingness to learn on new topics, including technology);
– Full proficiency in English and Portuguese.
