About the job

We’re looking for a Junior Manual QA with 1 – 2 years of professional experience to help us build our traffic and road management product.

We highly value experience in quality assurance test execution, test plan writing and other formal test documentation.

What you’ll be doing

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of peers—software engineers, product managers, and other QA engineers.

You will participate in testing product requirements around functionality, usability, performance, workflow, and robustness. Also, you’ll develop test strategies and project plans.

You’ll be in charge of the QA process for one of our three software development teams. You will be asked to write test cases and perform regression testing before each release. All teams follow the Scrum methodology with 3-week sprints.

In this role, you will:

– Test product requirements around functionality, usability, performance, workflow, and robustness.
– Develop test strategies and write test cases.
– Collaborate with a cross-functional team, composed of software engineers, product managers, and other QA engineers.
– Own the QA process for one of our three software development teams.

What we’re looking for

– 1-2 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer
– Experience working with Jira and TestRail (Nice to have)
– High motivation, will to learn and to make an impact
– Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and high-quality standards for yourself and the work you produce
– Working level of English communication
