communication & e-commerce assistant
The Feeting Room is a collaborative project between brands, new designers, artists and anyone who has a unique view. We host three concept stores, in Porto and Lisboa, and an online store.
We are looking for a Communication & E-commerce Assistant to join our team for a full-time job within our company headquarters in Porto.
Tasks will include order fulfillment, customer interaction, product entry and e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
•Relevant experience with Customer Service AND/OR degree in Communication/Administrative Assistance;
•Available for a full-time position in our headquarters in Porto;
•Strategic and problem solving mindset;
•Solid organization and ability to work in a team
•Exceptional task management skills;
•Adaptability within a very fast-paced environment;
•Good writing skills;
•Strong interpersonal-communication skills – ability to interact with clients;
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
•Comfortable with technology and learning new skills;
•Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office (mandatory).
Nice to have:
•Experience with CRM platforms;
•Knowledge in other languages besides English and Portuguese;
•Ability to work using Shopify.
