ux/ui expert
As an expert UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our customers and our delivery team to gather in-depth insights into the users’ problems and needs in order to create useful and usable digital applications that are aesthetically pleasing. We expect you to work with a high degree of autonomy, leading design activities on projects while monitoring and/or training the team involved.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Degree in Design or similar;
+ 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer; experience in web and mobile applications digital design is mandatory;
+ Strong knowledge of design thinking processes;
+ Experience with UX/UI tools such as contextual interviews, personas, journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, usability testing and others;
+ Knowledge of usability and accessibility;
+ Confident user of Figma, Balsamic or comparable design and wireframe tools;
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Empathetic with good interpersonal and communication skills
Quality oriented with attention to detail
Problem solver with creative thinking
Nice to have
+ Knowledge and experience with OutSystems UI
+ Experience with Agile methodologies
