Cross Boarder Talents, a Portuguese company specialised in recruitment which represents world-recognized bands, such as Facebook, Nintendo, Porsche among others. At this moment on behalf of our clients, we have an opportunity for Customer Advisor role for a social media project based in Lisbon.

Your job
• You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

Requirements
* Fluency in English (at least C1 level, ideally native);
* Availability to work in rotating shifts;
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
* Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard;
* Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
* Hold either an EU passport / Portuguese work permit / Manifestacao de Interesse with a date prior of 31st of December 2021.
