The role
Esolidar is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled HR Specialist who thrives in working at pace, in close collaboration with the business and your colleagues. You will help us realize our vision of connecting and empowering people by generating positive impact to build a fair society with sustainable economic development.
This role will have a broad understanding of working across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, change management, employee well-being, and solid knowledge of labor legislation.

What you’ll do
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization;
Forecast hiring needs together with the Leadership team, and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly;
Advise, accompany and train the team involved in the hiring processes with best practices, feedback and selection criteria;
Search for the best profiles for esolidar. Identify talent in the market proactively, anticipating candidates for future recruitment needs;
Put in place communication processes and tools, to ensure that we maintain our culture and values at esolidar, and that as we grow we continue to be a place where people love to work and where they develop their careers;
Develop trusting relationships with the whole team, leading meetings with each area to identify potential needs;
Represent esolidar in external and internal actions related to the search for talent or culture building;
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages;
Implement training and development plans;
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions;
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records;
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

Who you are
You live within the Brazilian or Portuguese timezone (UTC-3 to UTC+1);
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist;
Experience in talent acquisition and management;
Commitment and ownership. Someone who is autonomous in their decision-making and with leadership skills to guide a team;
Experience on implementing performance management policies, including compensation and benefits packages;
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR;
Experience defining, ensuring diversity and inclusion principles and practices across an organization;
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Good problem-solving abilities;
Team management skills;
Fluency in English and Portuguese.

It will be a nice plus if you have
BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field;
Experience working on tech companies or startups;
Knowledge of the ESG market and purpose;
Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian or French will be a plus.
