Teppe is a leading group of companies excelling in real estate development, construction, investments, and hospitality. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team
Responsibilities
• Website Updates – Regular verification of content and functionalities, reporting issues to support, and adding new images and content.
• Creation, sending, and maintenance of marketing communications such as newsletters, birthday messages, and more.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new marketing initiatives, as well as in the creation of new marketing tools, websites, landing pages, etc.
• Manage marketing and communication projects, ensuring they are executed within the objectives and deadlines set.
• Assist in maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of internal and external events.
• Create interactive content, such as reels, stories, photos, videos, etc.
• Ensure the preparation and management of communication for various channels.
• Creation and management of campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram), analyzing results and producing reports.
• Execute marketing actions according to the Marketing Plan.
• Support all business areas of the company, including internal communication, events, etc.
Qualifications
• Higher education and/or experience, preferably in Marketing and/or Communication
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in the tourism sector and an interest in hospitality are valued
• Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (additional languages are valued)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ideally, an interest and knowledge in tools such as Canva, Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp and SendGrid), Google, and social media
• Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
• Willingness to take initiative and a proactive attitude, particularly in identifying and solving problems
• High sense of responsibility and organization.
