Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content & Social Media Manager to join our Communications & Marketing team, which serves all four units within our group. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, crafting compelling content, and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving brand awareness for Cultural Affairs and its units.
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the group’s overall communication and marketing goals.
– Content Creation: Design, create, and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, graphics, and short copy.
– Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and compelling short copies for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital content.
– Platform Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
– Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage with our community to foster relationships and build a loyal audience.
– Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the group remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the art, culture, or creative industries.
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
– Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging copies, both in Portuguese and in English.
– Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies (expertise not required).
– Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple units.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with social media management tools (Kontentino or others).
– Knowledge of the urban art scene and contemporary cultural trends.
