JOB SUMMARY
We seek a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Designer and work closely with front-end and back-end development teams, copywriters, and project and account managers to create compelling user interfaces for North American Technology Startups and mid-sized established brands looking to enhance their digital brand. This role emphasizes UI design over UX design and requires strong artistic talent, creative thinking, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Design logos, websites, and layouts as part of general graphic design duties.
• Focus on UI (User Interface) design to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Develop and implement UI workflows and interactive designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Analyze brand guides and develop style guides to maintain brand consistency.
• Implement brand assets into the user experience architecture.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of design documentation.
• Assist in the analysis and optimization of user experience architecture.
• Ensure that designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience in designing websites, applications, and interactive UI elements.
• Basic understanding of user experience architecture and best practices.
• Strong creative thinking and artistic talent.
• Ability to analyze and implement brand guidelines.
• Good communication skills in English (proficiency not required, but basic skills are necessary).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in graphic design or advertising industries
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining design documentation.
