Today, our agency is booming, offering many new and exciting opportunities. That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Trading Europe to join our team.
YOUR CORE DUTIES :
● Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our European trading team providing priorities, guidance and, mentorship to ensure they meet delivery and performance targets
● Execute campaign set up across various platforms, campaign
performance monitoring, and optimizing strategies (60% of your time)
● Responsible for the outputs of the trading department for our business units (countries)
● Allocate trading resources depending on the business priorities and workload in each country
● Manage the relationship with external partners supplementing our team when business requires it
● Collaborate with Head of CS/Account Managers to develop media trading strategies aligned with campaign goals and objectives of our Tier 1 clients
● Contribute to improving our internal monitoring and reporting suite
● Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, changes in advertising technologies, platform updates, and new tools to ensure the agency remains competitive and utilizes the latest advancements.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments like creative teams, account management, product to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of campaigns.
